Forum Search Tips Close

Basics

  1. Search syntax is similar to Google searches.
  2. Words shorter than 4 characters are ignored.
  3. Searches are NOT case-sensitive.
  4. Automatic 'and' queries: The search will only return pages that include all of your search terms.
  5. Only the body of the post is searched by default. Use the Advanced search to also search by subject.
  6. Word variation/stemming is currently not supported. For example, if you search for acting or acted, the search will not return results for act.

Phrase Searches

Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your search terms. E.g. "cool video games"

Negative Terms

If your search term has more than one meaning (bass, for example, could refer to fishing or music) you can focus your search by putting a minus sign ("-") in front of words related to the meaning you want to avoid. For example, here's how you'd find pages about bass-heavy lakes, but not bass-heavy music: bass -music

    FeeFee0 next time you send a letter to CP would you ask him how he came up with the idea for the dragon-mark on all the rider's hands? (gewi ignaca?).

    He is the red-tailed Sverd rider of dragon MacLoren

    he is a young man named stone, but whom everyone calls Rt.

    Mac(loren) is the dragon, only 1/3 or so grown at this point, blue with white talons and teeth.

    The powers he has at his disposal are telaportation. Macloren can make himself a mean set of armor.

     Actually...Avrie is a he. And I'm sure he would, but I haven't seen him on here since the 2 weeks after Brisingr came out.

    The eggs did hatch then? I wouldn't know I couldn't finish to of the physical trials, the ones where you had to use your cellphone. Well this blows.
