Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your search terms. E.g. "cool video games"
If your search term has more than one meaning (bass, for example, could refer to fishing or music) you can focus your search by putting a minus sign ("-") in front of words related to the meaning you want to avoid. For example, here's how you'd find pages about bass-heavy lakes, but not bass-heavy music: bass -music

If you haven't read Eragon, you should definitely read it. If you have you should read Rangers Apprentic Books their really good.

Percy Jackson is amazing--I love Blackjack and always will. : )
I would also recommend the Icemark Chronicles. It's a little bloody, but great books. The Cry of the Icemark, Blade of Fire, and The Last Battle of the Icemark. I've read the first two and I'm hooked. I highly recommend if you like fantasy.
Of course, there are also a ton of other good books out there. I've been hooked on fantasy forever, and just that is great. I would advise just browsing the section of your local library--even the one at school. You never know where the next great discovery is lurking.
