Nope, I haven't recieved any of my books yet.  I was supposed to get Fairy Tale and another ARC I had "bought" form the Buzz store (order #1041).

BTW does anyone know how to message/contact people?  I mean other than sending a friend request.  I haven't been able to figure that out.  How do we get in touch with Head Buzzer or group members and such?

I don't think you can message/contact people on this site, the only way is talk to them is in posts on forums.  I've been on this site for a while now, and I haven't figured out a way to do that, and I haven't seen any sign that there is a way.

Count me in as someone who redeemed Buzzbucks on May 22 and hasn't received the book yet.  In fact, my emails have gone unanswered as well.  Is there somewhere else on the site to post this or email someone who will care?

Can you resend the email? Have you been contacting through the Contact page?

We answer as many emails as we can and try to resolve all the Store issues - just shoot me an email!

As for the other questions about contacting each other, there is no way to directly message someone on Random Buzzers but you can form Groups to speak to each other. Right now the Group blogs are being fixed so check back soon to see those.

How do you speak to each other in groups?  I've joined a couple, but I haven't been able to figure out how to participate in them or talk to any of the members.  Do you do anything in the groups, or is it just a way to find similar likes and interestes with other members?

You can't talk to each other in the groups yet. I emailed random buzzers about it and they said that it will be fixed soon and you will be able to talk. This is the email they sent.

Currently, we are fixing the group’s blogs. There is no option to make a group post right now but there will be soon.

I'm still waiting on Eragon/Eldest Trade Paperback Boxed Set and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants: Forever in Blue, but I ordered them a few weeks ago, so they are probably on their way. When I won one of the ARC Fridays, it took about a month to come in (which is probably around the standard time, since I think HeadBuzzer probably ships out ALL the books to EVERY random buzzer all by herself). There's probably requests every day and it takes awhile to get through them. I would say if you haven't gotten your stuff from a month and a half to 2 months, it's probably worth asking H-Buzz what's up with it, just to see if the postal system didn't let us all down.

I wasn't sure if this was a good way to get in touch with you, since I tried to email you, but am not sure if I had the right address. I'm still waiting for a copy of Castration Celebration (which I ordered on May 12), and a copy of The Orphans of Delphi, which I won during an ARC friday. I thought I would let you know they still haven't arrived.

Headbuzzer,

This isn't really the place to post this, but I'm not sure where else too.

Anyways, I just wanted to say that I received my copy of 3 Willows (which it turns out isn't an ARC and is hardcover which is great!) today. When I opened to the title page you can imagine my surpirse when I saw that it was signed by Ann Brashares! There was no mention of the book being signed when I ordered it, so I am so excited! Thanks for all you do Headbuzzer! :)
