What is Random Buzzers all about?
Random Buzzers is a fun, safe place for readers and writers to gather and share their favorite reads, chat with authors, win books, share reviews and tons of other fun stuff!
How do I update my profile?
You must first be logged in to be able to update your profile. Click on the "My Buzz" link at the top of the page and you will see your profile details. You can add your basic information and user preferences, add books to your bookshelf and fill out the "About Me" section. This is also where you can Opt-In or Opt-Out of receiving newsletters and notifications. Just be sure to save your changes! Think of this area as the place where you share what you love (books, authors, music and more!)
Fun Stuff
How do I earn "Buzz Bucks"?
You can earn "Buzz Bucks" by participating in some way on the site including rating and reviewing books, sharing stories, writing poems, sharing photos, videos and much more. Sometimes you'll need to submit something to us and we'll need to approve it before your Buzz Bucks hits your account. Be sure to check the homepage to participate in our latest activities.
Activities
You can earn Buzz Bucks by participating in various activities on the site. activity submissions can include sharing answers to questions on a particular topic, voting, submitting pics or graphics and all sorts of other fun stuff. activity Buzz Bucks are awarded as soon as we have a chance to review the submissions.
Polls, Quizzes, & Surveys
We love a little fun Trivia! So come hang out here and complete polls and trivia on some of our favorite books and authors. You'll earn Buzz Bucks the following ways:
Quizzes: Think you know your stuff? You'll earn the Buzz Bucks if you correctly answer the quiz questions.
Polls: Participate in polls and you will receive Buzz Bucks. Note that you can only vote once per poll. We let people weigh in on polls anonymously so make sure you’re logged in if you want to get Buzz Bucks for sharing your two cents!
Invite A Friend
Earn Buzz Bucks by inviting new members to join Random Buzzers. Tools are provided to allow you to email or IM invites to friends.
Reviews
Write a review! Tell us your thoughts on books you’ve read and earn 50 Buzz Bucks. You'll also get to read all the advice of other members and find other people who love the same books and authors that you do!
Galleries
All the cool pics, images, videos and writing you submit are posted in the galleries. Your fellow members can then comment on your work!

This is your virtual shelf on Random Buzzers where you can showcase what you are reading, what you’ve already read, what you want to read, and your favorite books! You can also browse other members’ bookshelves to find your next read.

What is ARC Friday?
We love sharing books with you as much as you love reading them! We have a tradition over here where every Friday we give away advance copies of our favorite books, so come visit us each and every Friday to enter to win our book of the week!

Members
You can search to find other members who live in your area or those who love the same kinds of books. You can even sort the results.
Boards
You can keep in touch and discuss topics with your fellow members on the Buzz Boards! The Buzz Boards work like your typical message boards organized into topic areas – with featured books and conversations and then by different book genres. Try to post your messages in the topic that is most closely related to what you're talking about and always refrain from attacking other members. If you feel that people aren't using good judgment (i.e. posting obscenities, personal and racist attacks or other out-of-hand comments that simply don't belong here) please email us at HeadBuzzer@RandomBuzzers.com and we'll oust anyone who's not playing by the rules.
Friends
You can view and keep track of your friends through the subsections of the my buzz section. If someone has sent you a friend request, the message will show up in your inbox and at the top of every page near your log-in information.
How do I increase my level?
The levels are at the sole discretion of Head Buzzer. Your level is determined by your activity on Random Buzzers. Level promotions will be given to members who actively participate in all facets of Random Buzzers and are not directly linked to the accumulation of Buzz Bucks.
Rewards
How do I redeem my "Buzz Bucks"?
Once you've earned some Buzz Bucks, you can redeem them for reviews available in the store.
You can save them up to swap them for bigger prizes or use them all along the way to more quickly reap the benefits of your hard work here at Random Buzzers.
Why can't I claim a reward?
In order to claim a reward, you must have first earned enough Buzz Bucks for that item (in addition to any other items in your basket). Some rewards have a limit on the number each member can claim, and may only be available to members who have reached a minimum user level.
Why am I unable to "check out"?
Your user profile must contain accurate shipping information in order to receive your rewards. Click on "Edit Profile", add/update your contact information in the Basic Info section, and then complete your check out. Unfortunately only members residing in the US are allowed to claim rewards.
Orders
Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation containing your order number. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order.
