ACS: Great list. I loved World War Z - I got the book and the audiobook. The audiobook had a lot of great actors reading the different character parts.

Emirose1217: I'd definitely go with The Forest of Hand and Teeth. That book freaked me out because I could visualize the unconsecrated and the whole scene. It kind of reminded me of two movies: The Village and I Am Legend. I used the zombie freakish looking monsters from I Am Legend and combined it with the setting from the Village, with a few touches of my own. It was a really great book and kept me on edge the entire time. I hope I can read the rest of these too.
