In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date of notification. If Grand Prize Winner is considered a Minor in his/her state, Minor’s parent or legal guardian will be required to execute Affidavit of Eligibility and Release on Minor’s behalf. Noncompliance with these conditions by the deadline will result in disqualification, and Random House, Inc. reserves the right to select an alternate winner in such circumstance.
