LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER FAMILY. Partially completed or illegible entries will not be accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, stolen, postage-due, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

II. ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are over 13 years of age as of February, 9, 2010. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Random House, Inc., and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate families, and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.

III. PRIZE:

Fifty (50) winners will receive a signed copy of Gimme a Call by Sarah Mlynwoski. Total Retail Value: $17.99. Prize is nontransferable and nonrefundable.  

IV. WINNER:

Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. Fifty winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 1, 2010,from all eligible entries received within the entry deadline by the Random House Children's Books Marketing Department. By participating,entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
